Every year (for the last 5 or so) my M-i-L  brings Karl, myself and the kids to a luncheon and dance  sponsored by her senior Recovery Group.  It is a fantastic organization.  Their main goal is providing A.A. I have given in to Saphiras_kin's requests... she has her ears pierced. I had mine re-pierced since the backs had closed a few years ago.

We both got the white gold with clear crystal. Matching holes in our heads.

My little girl is growing up. sigh. It's a good thing but time certainly goes by fast.

I drove my Dad to the airport this morning. He wanted to get there by six so he said that he would come by at 5:45. I am so happy that I know my Dad so well. I was up and mostly dressed by 5:35 so that when he showed up at that exact time I would be ready. Babysitting went well last night. I went over to a friend's house and watched her three kids (and brought mine)while she and her husband went to a wedding and a party.
